Vincent Fox - aka Lavinia Co-op - is a cockney from London's
East End. Trained at The London School of Contemporary Dance,
Lavinia became a founding member of the critically acclaimed
troupe THE BLOOLIPS in 1975. He toured extensively with them in
the UK, Europe and America. He appeared in:The Ugly
Duckling, Vamp & Camp, the obie award winning Lust in
Space, Yum-Yum, Living Leg-ends, Slungback and Strapless,
Teenage Trash, Sticky Buns, Get-Hur and The Island of
Lost Shoes in which the NY Times hailed Lavinia as "a
wonderfully eccentric comedian and mime".
In 1991 Lavinia arrived in New York and has kept quite a
high profile on the nightclub circuit as both performer and
host ever since. He has appeared in numerous "straight" plays, on
television, in films and done many performance art pieces. He has
recently appeared in NY, Provincetown, and London in his own oneperson
show Frock-off.
